You aren’t required to sign any documents or make any financial commitments until you’re ready to proceed and have chosen the house you will soon call home, and we can meet with you on your schedule; days, evenings, weekends, whatever works for you.

After you sign off on the plan you’ve chosen, building can begin. We start by digging the basement and pouring the foundation of your new home. Then comes one of the more exciting moments; the framing. This is moment when you really get a sense of your home’s dimensions and can walk through it for the first time.

After framing is complete the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems go in. While these don’t change the look of the house much, they are vitally important that they are done right, by only the best professionals.

Next comes another transformation of your house where you really start noticing the space that is being created. Insulation, vapour barrier, and drywall. This is the step that makes your house really start feeling like a home.

After drywall is in and painting is mostly completed, the finishing materials such as cabinets, flooring, trim and lighting start to appear, and after a thorough cleaning and inspection it’s time to hand over the keys to your new home.

Your home also comes equipped with a five year, optional ten year warranty so that you can have peace of mind you have made a solid purchase.

During all this commotion, people often wonder if they are allowed to come by and see their home being built. We strongly encourage you to do so, it’s your home and we want you to be involved, know what’s happening, and see the progress that’s being made. We just ask that you contact us first with your intentions, as safety is very important to us and we need to know who is on site.
