There is nothing this man can’t do when it comes to home building, and that’s because there’s not much this man hasn’t done – From framing, flooring cabinets, to overseeing large multi-unit projects! Like all of the Vinland team, Clint is a family man, with a wife and 4 cats and a heart for helping people, like volunteering for Youth For Christ Hockey League.

Josue has more experience than you can shake a stick at, so naturally he is responsible for daily onsight activities to ensure jobs are done right, and on time! Josue’s pastime is spent on this other two passions – family and sports. 

 The Service Manager is responsible for leading the post-construction customer care team, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of warranty claims, service requests, and homeowner concerns for a busy custom home building company. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coordinating trades, managing budgets, and maintaining the company’s reputation for outstanding after-sales service.

Raychel is a licensed REALTOR® rockstar that specializes in helping our clients reach their new home goals. She also helps clients sell their old homes before upgrading with us. She has a marketing degree and has owned and operated her own Public Relations firm as well!

Brandon creates and executes Vinland Homes’ marketing campaigns. His primary responsibilty is to ensure the Vinland team always has work in the pipeline, while keeping the Vinland brand looking sharp in the market place.
